By and large, it was decent place for sightseeing in Ypres, had much fun. The room was tastefully decorated, huge and complete with the added bed, TV, as for instance.

We came to Ypres for one night, everything was perfect. The breakfasts were always more than adequate and generous with local ham and fresh bread, for instance...

The hosts were extremely friendly and attentive, providing a helpful supply of Belgian beer and wine. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.

the shared bathroom and shower facilities were located on different floors, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

The hotel's location was perfect, near to Ypres in Belgium for the music festival, far enough away from the town centre for a quiet night's sleep, and the centre of Ypres and the Menin Gate. The room we booked was bright and spotless even with the added bed.

The breakfast was generous and exceptionally good with ham and rolls, for example, and the restaurant was good! Suburban location was a plus.

We stayed at B&B Fresco for a few nights during our visit to Belgium. The hosts, Eric and his wife, were truly exceptional. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The guest kitchen had a fantastic selection of Belgian beer and wine, which was a delightful surprise. Our room was cozy and warm, perfect for the chilly weather. The breakfast spread was fabulous with fresh orange juice, percolated coffee, ham, cheese, and freshly baked rolls from the local bakery. We also loved having access to the kitchenette and dining area at any time. a wonderful experience.

The hotel was lovely in general, had good staff despite a hosts best efforts people still rubbish perfectly good accommodation. The king room was airy and spotless, with a terrace and a lounge area.

Our location was UNBEATABLE and peaceful, stroll from the train station. They offered pastries and cheese for breakfast.

The breakfast was extensive with a variety of options, including fresh bread, pastries, and yogurt. The hosts were very attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the main attractions in the city.

The rooms were on the smaller side and lacked sufficient storage space for our belongings. Additionally, the noise from the neighboring rooms could be heard quite easily, which affected our sleep quality.

The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast provided was delicious with a variety of options. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and train station. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who were knowledgeable about the area and gave great recommendations on things to do.

The communication with the staff was a bit lacking, and it was sometimes difficult to get in touch with them. the Wi-Fi signal in the rooms was weak and unreliable, which was frustrating when trying to connect to the internet.

The hosts, Eric and Rosie, were very welcoming and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The twin room was clean, fresh, and comfortable. The shared toilet was well-maintained and stocked with ample amounts of toilet paper. The B&B is located in a quiet area and is conveniently close to the center of Ypres. The breakfasts served at the B&B were amazing, with fresh and locally sourced items. The portions were also very generous.
